Pilates

Pilates is a form of systematic whole-body training that strengthens muscles, especially in the abdominal and pelvic regions as well as the back muscles.

Pilates exercises take place on a mat. Additional equipment such as a pilates ring, weight balls, towels or pads may be used to intensify training. We use pilates in physiotherapy, in medically-supervised exercise programs and in groups.
